CT-GUI: A graphical user interface to perform calibration transfer for multivariate calibrations

Abstract A new MATLAB based graphical user interface integrating several multivariate calibration transfer approaches is presented. Several methods for standard-based and standard-free are integrated. demonstration of the toolbox functionalities different was judged using a case corn dataset. All were tested on dataset results showed that ready to be used. The best feature it push-button even non-expert can use achieve complex tasks. CT-GUI available at https://tinyurl.com/PMishra .
